Professional Bio Meet Mr. Tracy Bennett, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate, management, and finance. Tracy's journey began in 1985 as a manager for a local lending company. 1989 as a side gig he became a certified home inspector and purchased his second rental property. Alongside his full-time job as a regional manager for a lending company, and owner of A to Z Home Inspections, Tracy managed his rental properties and even opened the first branch in GA for Twin City Federal Bank.
From 1997 to 2013, Tracy served as the CEO & CFO of Approved Mortgage and Financial Corp and held the position of President for Superior Custom Homes. Also during this time he purchased a restaurant, started two others, and managed 57 employees, and countless sub-contractors. His finance, business management, and real estate expertise has allowed him to offer financial consulting services to prospective home buyers, borrowers, and others in his community who sought sound financial and real estate advice.
Tracy's passion for financial consulting, management, and real estate has only grown stronger over time. Today, he is a Certified Financial Coach & Consultant, Licensed Realtor, and Luxury Home Certified; as well as a Certified Custom Home Consultant and a Home Manager Expert.
